Hi I’m Lara, the founder of LJ Fitness Company. I have a strong belief that any fitness activity should be fun and purposeful and I love to reflect this in my training. Whether you are trying to shed newly acquired or stubborn body fat, want to lose weight for a special occasion, need help with your training regime for an event or just want to generally manage your weight, increase energy levels and get fitter, I can provide you with the training and guidance you need to reach your goals; all I require from you is a little enthusiasm and willingness to work.

The truth is, there is no fad diet or 30 day challenge that is going to improve your health, fitness and general well being or allow for sustained weight loss. The best way to achieve a healthier, happier lifestyle is to enjoy the changes you are making and notice the positive impact they have on your everyday life. That is why I put the emphasis on healthy weight management; burning excess fat in a natural way, at a steady rate, while constantly improving health and fitness.
