Personal Training and Group PT Services in a Location of Your Choice
Personal training is great for those who want a little helping hand in improving their health and fitness. I pride myself on building lasting professional and friendly relationships with my clients, enabling a relaxed and fun environment to train in. I also appreciate that no two people have the same goals, motivations, likes and dislikes, free time, budgets or current abilities; therefore I design and implement bespoke fitness journeys for each of my clients, suiting their individual needs.
Before any training sessions are held, a free initial consultation will be arranged. Here I will assess your current goals, experience and preference whilst we get to know a little more about each other. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the process.
Want to share your training experience (and cost!) with a friend, colleague or family member? Why not try group personal training. Sessions can be held for up to 6 people, and just like the 1 on 1 PT sessions, each fitness programme is planned specifically with all members of the group in mind. Due to the nature of this type of training, best results are seen when all members of the group have similar goals. However sessions can be tailored to suit a variety of needs and abilities as required. Initial consultations will be held with each member of the group in private allowing everyone to discuss their ambitions and worries confidentially. A full physical examination will also take place during this time.
