Each package is designed to get you off to a flying start and I hope there is something for everyone; however if you would like to adapt a package slightly then please get in touch for a bespoke quote.

PERSONAL TRAINING BLOCKS
Although it is often best to start with one of the packages above to create the habits required for success, you may wish to buy blocks of PT sessions instead. This allows a little more flexibility with booking and completion of sessions. It is also the best option for those wishing to continue with personal training sessions once their package is complete.
You can opt to buy an LJ Fitness Company PT Buddy Book with an additional session for goal setting, testing, and food diary analysis for a one off fee of £25. Once you have purchased this, future reviews will be added for free. Those completing group PT can opt in or out of this on an individual basis and will complete their consultations on a 1-2-1 basis.
