I have had the pleasure to work with loads of fantastic people over the past few years as a fitness coach. Whether it’s weekly for classes and PT sessions or less frequently for programming and reprogramming sessions, it’s always great to get to know everyone and find out what makes them tick. We’ve all said, ‘I just don’t have time to exercise …’ but with Lara as a personal trainer it’s easy for you to find that ‘me time’. All you need to do is put on your kit and she comes to you! We’ve worked in the garden, kitchen and sitting room.
I was bought a bundle of Lara’s PT sessions as a birthday present! Insulted or inspired? I can’t imagine life without my sessions with Lara now.

I trained with Lara before my pregnancy; during my pregnancy and now post pregnancy. She has the ability to create a work out that you don’t even realise has pushed you until you are dripping with sweat and feeling muscles you had forgotten about the next day! (Both PT and in her classes).
Lara is organised, reliable and inventive in her work. She is also incredibly personable and flexible so if I have no childcare for my daughter or my son wakes up during a session I can use him as a weight or involve my daughter in the session or class. Lara has been known to interact with my chattering daughter whilst still keeping count of my reps! She even brings props to sessions so that my little girl feels involved.
I was worried that working out at home would have less impact than the gym but Lara has proved otherwise.
Thanks to Lara I feel stronger and happier and know I will achieve my goals in a steady healthy manner. I am recommending her to anyone who will listen as she is a true gem and has made it possible to workout whilst being a mum to young children at home.Laura
