Antenatal Exercise

Our antenatal classes are now well and truly underway in Chinnor. The weekly session focuses on bringing mums-to-be together in a friendly and fun workout environment. Each class lasts an hour and will start with a little chat, followed by a specially designed workout to suit and aid your pregnancy, and will finish with some relaxation and breathing techniques. Postnatal Fitness

Each of our postnatal exercise classes provides a 45 minute workout designed to increase energy and restore fitness while incorporating your baby into a fun workout. Not sure whether it’s for you? Feel free to try your first class for free, just get in touch to book your space.

Our latest class, DanceFit, is now up and running at Tetsworth Memorial Hall. Come along for a fun and energetic, follow along, dance based workout set to your favourite pop tracks. Classes are suitable for ages 8 and above so feel free to bring kiddies too! For this class, family class passes (for one adult and up to 3 children) will be available. These will cost £50 for 5 sessions or £80 for 10 sessions.

Class Passes

If you wish to attend any of the above classes you will be required to purchase a class pass at the end of your first session*. This will be pre-loaded with 5 or 10 credits and will be signed off each time you come to class.

5 sessions: £30    |    10 sessions: £50

*all new attendees are welcome to try their first class for free.
